We want you to love your bebe purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Items must have all original tags attached and be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and the packing slip are included inside.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
